HOW IT WORKS
Simple and hassle free

Book your collection online by clicking on your area to show
availability. - We will send you a reminder by email and text 24 hours before your collection is due and will also confirm a day and time when it will be delivered, you can change the delivery date if not convenient for you by letting me know the day before your collection or on the day i collect.

We collect your items from your home or a safe area at your home if not in at a time and day you pick, we provide you with fabric protective carriers for hung items and fabric storage boxes for folded items after you have received your first delivery.

If you are a new customer just use a plastic bag or a basket for your first collection and then re use the carriers and storage box for future bookings.

We press to perfection which normally takes 3 days from the time your ironing is collected until we return. Sometimes it may take a bit longer to return if you have a large amount of ironing if this is the case please advise us before booking so we have adequate time booked out for you.
5. We will send you an Invoice via email which you booked with the day before your ironing is being delivered. 6. Payment is made online using the link on the Invoice and can be paid anytime up until the hour before your ironing will be delivered, or you can pay on delivery by card, cash or cheque. (Cheque's made payable to Sarah Griffin)
7. We will return your items neatly folded or hung on hangers supplied or you can use your own hangers, which ever you choose. (If you have hangers supplied there is no extra charge for the item being ironed, I only charge if you would like additional hangers which you can buy them on the website. www.theperfectpress.com
